Booking and Cancellation

•50% of total is due at the time of booking to secure your date

•Remaining balance is due 14 days before event date

•Full amount is due if booked less than 14 days  before event date

•Any cancellations must be made 30 days before event date

•Any change of date  Event tour will try to accommodate you based on availability

 

 

Acknowledgment

Client acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Event tour Photo Booth equipment caused by misuse/damage by clients or its guests, beyond reasonable wear and tear. Damage shall not be limited to but includes physical, food/drink or power surge related incidents resulting in broken equipment.

 

 

For outdoor events, client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is under protective covering and leveled
