What time will attendant arrive to setup Photo Booth ?We require 1 hour before rental start time to set up equipment.

Can I cancel or change my event date ?All cancellations must be made 30 days before event date . Any changes to event date event tour will try to accommodate based upon availability .

Do I need to provide power source ?You would need to provide a 3 prong outlet within 15 ft of the booth

Are outdoor setups possible ?We can accommodate outdoor setups .In the event of inclement weather such as rain/mist ,strong wind, extreme heat we will require a covered area or alternate indoor location on the same day and time of the scheduled photo booth rental. For outdoor events, client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is under protective covering ,level ground and adequate access to power
